Orders

Our order process is very simple. Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address. A shipping confirmation email should follow after 2 – 4 business days containing a tracking number for your shipment. Dont hesitate to contact us if further assistance is required at any point.

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, Europe, Asia) in order to provide the best delivery.

Once an order is placed, you usually have 12 hours to contact us before we start processing your order. But we may process your order faster.

Please contact us or drop us an email by replying to the order confirmation email as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or update an order that you have just made.

We are not responsible for any lost packages, packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases.

Yes, we have a 30-day money-back policy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 30 days of purchase, simply contact us and we will give you the procedure. All you have to do is send the item back to us and we will refund it in full. Note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Delivery

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link that you can use to get the latest updates on your shipment. Please note that you may have to wait a few days for the tracking number to become active.

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location and shipping options. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Note that all orders over $50 automatically get free shipping 😉

We ship internationally around the world from various international warehouses (US, Europe, Asia) in order to provide the best delivery experience.

The shipping times depend on your exact location, items purchased, and the warehouse we ship from. 90% of our orders are delivered within 15 days but it can take up to 3-5 weeks for international shipping.

Sometimes we run flash sales and do offer products that are in high demand so on rare occasion it may take a little longer to fulfill. Thank you for your patience, we know you’re going to love your products! 

We cannot be held responsible for custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. But most of the time, you don’t have to pay any additional fees.

Note that the price on our website for items shipped from the European Union to the European Union already includes VAT. This is not the case for shipments to or from abroad (outside the EU).

In some instances, an order may be split into different packets for any of the following reasons: 

– Certain items may be on backorder
– Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
– Different warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices but sometimes all the items in your order are not available at the nearest warehouse)

But most of the orders placed on our website are shipped in a single parcel. If we ship your order in multiple will always inform you in the shipping confirmation email.

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro (via SOFORT and iDEAL)  and PayPal.

We have also partnered with SOFORT,  iDEAL, Multibanco and P24 for payments made in euros.

You can directly pay in US Dollars, Euros or British Pounds. But our payment processors will convert other currency automatically at an affordable rate 😉

Yes. We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. To protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions.

The payments are processed by a third party secure service. We don not store or have access to your credit card information at any time.
